Backlinks There is no better whitehat method to obtaining backlinks than Article Marketing. I recommend using a free article directory that offers good PR and high quality traffic. As soon as your article gets approved you will start to see traffic to your article and your site. Avoid using automatic spinners, these simply do not work. Always take the extra time to ensure your article is readable and won’t be rejected by the Article Directory.
Website Traffic Once a user reads your article, make sure they have a reason to go to your website. Try to use anchor text, just make sure the paragraph makes sense. The reader is alread interested in your subject or they wouldn’t be reading. Once again, if your article is garbage there is absolutely no reason for the person to click your link. Use only high quality articles!
Prestige Having published articles all over the Internet will add to your credibility. Users that read your content will associated you with the topic you’re covering. However, be warned that this is a two way street. If your article has poor grammar or doesn’t make sense the reader will assume you don’t have a clue. If you can’t write well or don’t know the subject, hire a professional. Look around on the Internet and find a high quality, inexpensive writer.
Investment Over time you will gain an amazing amount of backlinks to your articles and website if you produce quality articles. This process is called link bait. If you write something that is interesting or informative, people will link to you. Of course, if the article is bad you will gain no benefit. Don’t assume your article makes sense, always have someone else proof read it for you. You could be brilliant but if you don’t write well you’re wasting your time.
Education When you do research for your articles you’re inadvertently gaining vast knowledge about your topic. This knowledge is invaluable for your current and future websites. Most articles I write come with the benefit of gaining experience and knowledge about the topic.
Help People Articles that solve a problem are extremely popular. Next time you have to fix something, take notes and write an article on what you did to fix the problem. If you have the problem, someone else does as well. Why not help them out and get some backlinks in the process?
