Set a particular time to do spiritual practices. Most of the time we are preoccupied with our work, family and obligations. Find the time of the day where you feel you are most energized. You can start this by alloting 5 minutes each day then you can decide to increase it in the coming days.

Maximize the use of spirituality. Take time to read, sing, dance, and exercise since they are also expressions of spirituality. Praying and chanting approaches spirituality holistically. Bathing and water experiences are healing techniques related with daily spiritual practices. Involving your whole self can strengthen your value of spirituality.
